Dear Beautiful Strong Woman..

-It's okay not to be okay.
-It's okay to cry and ask for a hug.
-It's okay to ask for help. It doesn't take away your independence.
-As much as the world is full of cruel people, it is also filled with kind and compassionate people.
-It's okay to say 'No. I won't be able to do it.'
-Embrace your imperfections as much as your strong qualities. Let go of the perfectionist desire. No human is perfect.
-Be gentle with yourself. Accept the buried negative experiences so that you can receive positive experiences.
-Accept that you can't fix everything and everyone. Embrace your limits.
-It's okay to draw boundaries and stick to them.
-You don't have to control everything. Sometimes, just let it flow. Let people be who they are and do what they need to do.
-It's okay to unleash your inner bitch. She's meant to protect you.
-Your feminine softness is a gift. It is not a sign of weakness.
-Be mindful of your words. You are strong therefore people pay attention to what you say. Understand that you can ALWAYS OUTCLASS someone but you can NEVER OUT-TRASH them.
-It's okay to say 'I'm going to take care of ME first.' Because you can only fill others to the capacity you have filled yourself.
-It's okay to open up and be vulnerable. Sometimes, let your guard down. It's never that serious.
-It's okay to have fun and let loose. Your mind needs it. Don't be too uptight.
-It's okay to make mistakes. Don't judge yourself too harshly. You are not superhuman.
Above all, embrace the beauty in your strength and stay crowned because you are a queen. πŸ‘Έ 😊

    1. Well said.
It's okay to be human because true strength comes from embracing your vulnerabilities.
